Urbania – User Service Agreement

1.1 User

A natural or legal person who registers and uses Urbania (“you”).

1.2 Urbania Services

The lawful and compliant information matching, booking, payment, and related services provided by Youmi Technologies to connect users with service providers (including but not limited to models, artists, therapists, photographers, drivers, and security personnel).

1.3 Urbania Platform

The official website, mobile applications, WeChat mini-programs, and any web-based services operated by Youmi Technologies.

2.1 Contents

This Agreement includes:

(1) Urbania User Service Agreement (this document);

(2) Urbania Privacy Policy;

(3) Urbania Account Cancellation Agreement.

2.2 Agreement Compliance

These policies and rules constitute an inseparable part of this Agreement.

Youmi Technologies may modify the Agreement based on regulatory or operational needs. Updated versions become effective once announced.

2.3 Applicability

This Agreement applies to all Urbania platforms and services.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, lawful, and truthful registration information.

If your information is illegal, false, inaccurate, or not updated in time, you shall bear all resulting liabilities and consequences.

Some registration details may not be editable after submission—please verify carefully before proceeding.

3.2 Civil Capacity

You confirm that:

You possess full civil capacity; or

You have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian.

Otherwise, you and your guardian must assume all consequences.

3.3 Notices for Minors

(1) If you are a minor, you represent that you have guardian consent. Once you upload any content involving minors, it is deemed that you have obtained authorization from the rights holder.

(2) If you are a minor without guardian consent, your guardian may contact Urbania to restrict or disable your account.

(3) If minors violate laws or this Agreement, both the minor and guardian shall bear all legal liability.

3.4 Guardian Responsibilities

Guardians should supervise and guide minors during account registration and usage.

Guardians must protect their payment accounts to prevent unauthorized transactions.

3.5 Real Identity Verification

Certain services may require real-name verification. Failure to provide accurate information may result in restricted service access.

3.6 Registration Information Protection

Urbania will not disclose your registration information unless:

Required by law or government authorities;

Necessary to provide specific services.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4.1 Account Login

You may log in using mobile number verification, WeChat, or other methods provided by Urbania.

Urbania may modify login methods based on laws, user experience, or security requirements.

4.2 User Responsibility

All actions conducted under your account—including browsing, booking, payments, uploading, and signing agreements—shall be deemed actions taken by you personally.

If Urbania receives complaints involving your account, Urbania may provide necessary information to regulatory authorities or dispute parties.

4.3 Account Sharing

You must not lend, transfer, or share your account.

Urbania may freeze, limit, or cancel accounts involved in unauthorized use and seek compensation for losses.

4.4 Account Security

If your account is compromised, notify Urbania immediately.

You must safeguard your device and account credentials.

Urbania is not liable for losses caused by your negligence.

4.5 Account Restrictions

Urbania reserves the right to freeze or restrict accounts in compliance with regulatory requirements.

4.6 Account Cancellation

Once cancelled:

Your order history cannot be recovered;

You remain responsible for pre-cancellation obligations;

All virtual assets (balance, coupons) are permanently forfeited.

5.1 Service Categories

Urbania provides nine categories of legal and compliant services:

(1) Professional Performance: Resident singers, DJs, dance teams, models, event hosts for weddings, exhibitions, parties.

(2) City Companion & Leisure: Travel companions, sports partners, photography companions, social activities.

(3) Transportation Services: Driver services, business cars, airport transfers, luxury fleets, vintage cars.

(4) Massage & Spa: Certified therapists offering massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, spa services.

(5) Security Services: Security guards, bodyguards, event security, VIP protection.

(6) Celebration & Ceremony: Lion dance, dragon dance, cultural performances, ceremonial hosting.

(7) Flower & Gift Services: Opening flower stands, wedding bouquets, condolence wreaths, festive hampers.

(8) Beauty & Nails: Makeup, hair styling, nails, eyelash services.

(9) Home & Cleaning Services: Cleaning, part-time maids, domestic helpers, ironing, laundry services.

⚠ Urbania acts only as an information matching and booking platform.

Urbania does not provide offline services directly.

5.2 Content Browsing

You must independently evaluate content and bear any related risks.

5.3 Reviews and Ratings

Your reviews must be truthful, lawful, and objective.

Prohibited actions include fake reviews, extortion, defamation, illegal content, or manipulating ratings.

Urbania may:

Remove violations;

Restrict review privileges;

Suspend or terminate accounts;

Pursue legal action where applicable.

5.4 Sharing Content

You may share content but may not copy, scrape, analyze, or commercially use platform data without written permission.

5.5 Service Fees

Most Urbania platform services are free unless otherwise stated.

If Urbania introduces service fees, you will be notified in advance.

7.1 Urbania IP

All platform content—including software, text, images, videos, trademarks, databases—is owned by Urbania.

7.2 User-Generated Content (UGC)

By uploading content, you grant Urbania a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, adapt, and commercially exploit your content.

Urbania may enforce rights on your behalf against infringers.

7.3 Software Updates

You must use Urbania’s official software.

Urbania is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized versions.

7.4 Prohibited Software Actions

You must not:

Remove copyright notices;

Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code;

Create or use plugins, bots, or modification tools.

Urbania may restrict or terminate services for violations without prior notice.
